We understand that finding the perfect fit and style when shopping for footwear online can be challenging. We're here to help ensure your satisfaction and minimise the need for returns.
RETURNS
- - Full price products - Can be returned for an exchange, store credit or a refund.
- - Seasonal sales and promotions - Purchases can be returned for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on items purchased during a sale or promotion.
- - Final clearance sale - These styles are unable to be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty. It will be clearly stated in the marketing and online when we are running a final clearance. Sale prices will be displayed directly with no promotional code needed.
RETURNS PROCESS
Contact the store of dispatch as soon as possible if the shoes are not suitable.
We will accept a return provided that:
- You make contact with the store of dispatch within 5 working days of receiving your order.
- - You have a proof of purchase e.g. order confirmation or receipt.
- - The footwear has not been used or worn. When trying on at home be sure to do so inside on carpet.
- - It is returned in the original box.
- - It is posted back within 5 working days of receiving it.
- - Footloose is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return your footwear using a courier service.
- - Return postage is covered by the customer. If you choose to do an exchange you will be charged freight.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
On the rare occasion the shoes are faulty please contact the store of dispatch as soon as possible.
- The same process and timeframes for accepting a return still apply, as outlined above.
- For any manufacturer’s faults, we will first repair the product to a high-quality finish at our expense
- If a repair is not possible, we'll give you an exchange for a new item, store credit or full refund.
- We do this in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
